IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?
Yes!We can send a FREE digital proof via email. Or for our wedding stationery we can post a non personalised sample for a small charge.
HAVE RECEIVED THE PROOF BUT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Not a problem! Your first proof is simply an initial viewing of your card/ invitation, and it is common to want to make a few small changes! Just let us know what you require changing and we will send another proof with the amendments.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER APPROVING MY PROOF?
We‘re afraid not - once we have received confirmation that the proof is okay we send it to print. We do this as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items quicker! Any changes to the design after this stage will incur a charge.

CAN I CHOOSE MY ENVELOPE COLOUR?
Yes we stock, white, ivory, red, baby blue, baby pink, kraft and silver. Please let us your your choice when you send us your custom details.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR OF MY DESIGN?
Yes, colours, fonts and other design elements can all be altered to suit your theme.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Once you have placed your order, and sent us the custom details, we aim to get the design proof email to you within 1 working day and post 1st class within 1 working day of your approval on the proof.
